Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Art Director to join us! Art Director is a key partner in our content creation team within our creative department. The ideal candidate is a highly talented director, with solid experienced in communication campaign creation and design excellence focused on digital platforms. You will join a creative team of designers and life science copywriters to create outstanding healthcare digital communication material for healthcare professionals and patients on a regional or global scale. There will be a heavy emphasis on team collaboration, in directing content creation aligned to client/business priorities and creative objectives.

How you will make a difference

  • You will develop best in class creative work for a wild variety of projects including product campaigns, events, digital creations (mobile app, VR…), videos and many other channels.
  • You will produce and supervise outstanding art that will enhance the medical communication.
  • You will hire, train and guide designers to develop design ideas and partner with a network of external content specialists to develop dynamic content.
  • You bring a solid understanding of current digital technologies and design trends.
  • Solid knowledge of graphic design and typography.
  • You will coordinate creative activities and advise client about the best direction to take.
  • You will manage creative projects from the beginning to the end, ensuring ideas and visuals remains at the highest quality possible.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of campaign content creation and digital storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing, design, and UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Good communication skills to be able to guide clients.
  • Strong concept visualization experience.
  • Solid understanding and advocacy of digital design and design trends.
  • Working knowledge of existing and emerging trends in design and digital technologies.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into persuasive ideas and visuals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design software (Creative Suite, Sketch) by creating layouts and concept presentations.
  • Ability to manage a team of designers and the will to share knowledge with others.
  • Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people from all around the world.
