Business Development Lead (Europe)

Support the Company’s client as Business Development Lead (Europe).

Business development:

  • Business development: from identifying leads, ensuring active ‘promotion calls’ (face to face or distant) to identify and grab new opportunities at global, regional or local level.
  • Good knowledge of local markets in Europe (France, Switzerland, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany)
  • Monitoring, analyzing market trends to (re)define Drcom strategy to ensure growth.
  • Lead and organize networking activities.
  • Take an active and strategic role in pitches and RFP’s for various types of projects from Digital to IMC for Pharmaceutical & Healthcare brands.

Account Management:

  • Manage and create long-term partnership with client’s strategic accounts to develop business and support company’s
  • Understand customer’s strategies & requirements. This includes being able to provide clients with strategic recommendations and support.
  • Daily servicing and support of clients to discuss their needs having researched their business, their digital activities, their brands to present campaign ideas and Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellence.

Project & People Management:

  • Working as part of a team and closely with other departments (Thinkers, Creators, Makers) within the organization
  • The Business Lead is responsible for accounts growth and quality of all projects delivered.
  • Comply with Pulsar (such as timesheet) and company regulation
  • Work with strong autonomy, proactivity and under pressure, reporting to the Managing Director, providing regular input on all account activities.

General:

  • Educational Background: At least Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, digital, media, Data, etc.
  • >8 years’ experience in similar capacity in creative/media/digital agencies.

Required skills:

  • Strong Business development skills
  • Good digital understanding including Omnichannel Engagement in the healthcare industry regulation context.
  • Good knowledge about Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry,
  • High service orientation and ability to build a professional and long-term partnership with our clients.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills to offer client recommendations and expertise.
