DESCRIPTION:
DRCOM is looking for an experienced Business Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our outsourcing partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology, project management, vendor management, and business development background. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
KEY DUTIES WILL BE:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals, including increasing market share and growing the customer base
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences and explaining products and services offered by the company
- Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities
- Establishing relationships with suppliers to ensure that they have the latest information about products and services offered by the company
- Identifying opportunities for new products, services, or applications that will increase revenue or improve efficiency in operations
- Ensuring that all staff members are trained on product knowledge and customer service skills
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction with products and services
- Coordinating with sales staff to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for products or services
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Technical skill:
- Experience in the technology industry
- Experienced in software design and application architectures
- Good knowledge of CMS, CRM, ERP system is a plus
Communication skill: English is a must. Working closely with other departments with different skill profiles is required, therefore, Business Lead should be independent, goal-oriented, flexible in communication and has the ability to identify and solve problems as they arise.
DESIRED PROFILES:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Experience with global business development
- 5+ years sales experience with 3+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and service providers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
