Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Creative Director to join us! As a Creative Director, you are the creative face of the agency. You develop and present innovative creative concepts that are able to guide the digital transformation of our clients. You have a pulse on creative trends in digital marketing and a creative sensibility that you can communicate to all departments. You will lead teams of art directors and designers, work alongside medical copyrighter to transform scientific insight into strong communication campaigns aimed at doctors and patients on a regional or global scale.

  • You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction.
  • Develop multi-media extensions that extend campaigns across various channels.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative.
  • Proficient in Digital and Social formats.
  • Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns.
  • Experience in collaboration with non creative collaborators.
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
  • A minimum of 8 years significant experience, including 5 years management experience with growing responsibility.
  • Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people and present to clients from all around the world.
