Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us! At Drcom, marketing is not just about telling how good our service is. We believe it serves a broader purpose than this: reaching the right audience and provide added-value knowledge on top of promotional messages. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Communications Manager who also believes in this direction to lead our marketing initiatives. To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding Marketing Communications Manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Key duties will be

As Marketing Communications Manager of Drcom, you have chance to work at Group level, covering our international offices which allow you to learn about marketing landscape of different regions.

Marketing Management & External Communication

  • Build Drcom brand awareness by optimizing marketing tactics across various channels, to name a few: social, digital, offline, etc in order to generate new business leads and nurture them into opportunities;
  • Develop business cases to promote Drcom’s services and competency, distribute them on relevant platforms to reach the targeted audience;
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing packages, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies;
  • Lead and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, social content, and other marketing-related projects;
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving the stated objectives, including impact on lead generation process, customer experience, and retention;
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes;
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate target audience insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications;
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with internal departments;
  • Track all marketing figures and creates detailed reports for executives.

Internal Communication

  • Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees and stakeholders depending on the nature and context of different communications;
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision. Execute and manage the production of internal marketing communication depends on available resources and given budget;
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the BOD.

Job Requirements

General:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar;
  • Professional English communication;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing position.

Required skills:

  • Experience in content marketing with proven track record will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software available in the market;
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • Ability to work independently with strong autonomy. Positive attitude, desire to learn and deadline driven.
