DESCRIPTION:
As a Medical Content Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing content strategy for diverse projects in the medical and pharmaceutical domain. Reporting to the Medical Content Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of copywriter freelancers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with clients’ objectives. This role requires a candidate with a master’s degree or above, along with proven management experience..
KEY DUTIES WILL BE:
- Oversee content production across various medical and pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive content strategies, encompassing omnichannel journeys, webinars (utilizing platforms such as Spotme), launch events, unbranded content, gamification, e-learning, and modular content.
- Lead and mentor copywriter freelancers, providing guidance through briefing, task management, and ensuring deliverables meet the standards set by Drcom.
- Act as the editor-in-chief, ensuring content quality, clarity, and consistency across all projects.
- Develop creative proposals and quotations for pre-sale activities in collaboration with other departments.
- Formulate and execute a cross-platform content strategy, overseeing content distribution across all channels.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring adherence to the planned schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, including copyright and data protection.
- Stay informed about the latest best practices in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, continuously improving and updating clients’ digital content.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Certification:
- Certification: Master’s Degree or above in Medical/Pharmaceutical studies, coupled with management experience.
- Professional English proficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Hands-on experience with writing tools (Microsoft Office and other cutting-edge platforms), along with 3-5 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Extensive knowledge of the Medical/Pharmaceutical industry, brands, and products.
- Experience with content strategies involving omnichannel journeys, webinars, launch events, unbranded content, gamification, e-learning, and modular content.
- Willingness to train medical writers and integrate innovative approaches such as Vault (Menarini).
