We are seeking an experienced purchasing manager to handle our company’s procurement activities. The purchasing manager’s responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing daily activities.
KEY DUTIES WILL BE:
- Creating and executing purchasing strategies.
- Negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines, among other things.
- Expanding suppliers database on our purchase area (IT and digital service, artwork)
- Pro-actively developing supplier base on IT / digital services.
- Establishing procedures and provide best practice throughout the organization
- Standardizing cost follow up and project budget management.
Job Requirements:
General
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years as a IT/Digital product purchasing manager or purchasing supervisor
- At least 2 years in a communication agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system like SAP (odoo a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
