Drcom is seeking an experienced Python developer with 3+ years of experience. The candidate must have extensive knowledge in Django, Docker, CI/CD and should be able to work with the openEDX platform. Knowledge in modern frontend technologies
like HTML5, CSS3, frontend & template frameworks are a plus. Your primary focus will be working on the new eLearning platform to expand the functionalities & integrations to other external services.
Key duties will be
- Develop new features on existing Django eLearning platform
- Building & customizing themes on the eLearning platform
- Follow scrum framework values and agile practices.
Required Skills
General:
- Django framework knowledge is a must
- Experience working with opened is a big plus
- Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB
- HTML5/CSS3/Template frameworks/Frontend framework is a plus
- Familiarity with docker
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD
