As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both technical and creative aspects of projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement QA Frameworks:
  • Design and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance Frameworks tailored to healthcare, life science, nutrition, and pharmaceutical projects.
  • Integrate quality assurance processes seamlessly into the project lifecycle, emphasizing compliance and industry-specific standards.
  • Proactive Issue Identification and Resolution
  • Develop models and flowcharts for proactively identifying potential quality issues in creative projects, especially in healthcare-focused campaigns.
  • Utilize tables and models to guide the team in resolving complex quality issues, considering regulatory compliance and client expectations.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Create collaboration matrices to ensure effective communication and cooperation between project managers, designers, developers, and regulatory
    experts.
  • Mediate and find solutions in scenarios where there are discrepancies between creative vision and technical feasibility, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
  • Design metrics dashboards to track and analyze the success of continuous improvement initiatives in the quality assurance process.
  • Utilize root cause analysis models to investigate and address recurring quality issues, implementing corrective actions for process enhancement.
  • Client Satisfaction and Quality Metrics:
  • Develop client satisfaction survey forms specifically tailored for healthcare, life science, nutrition, and pharmaceutical campaigns.
  • Design tables for tracking key quality metrics, including regulatory compliance, user engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Certification:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant digital marketing certifications would be advantageous.

General Requirements:

  • Proven 1-year above experience as a Quality Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance
  • Strong technical skills in designing tables, models, flowcharts, and metrics dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mediate conflicts.
  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance issues to diverse teams.

  • Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration).
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing or healthcare compliance.
