Job Description

  • Take a broad view and offer insights to enable the alignment of technological solutions with the entire enterprise architecture.
  • Create system design specifications and functional specifications.
  • Keep track of the requirements as the product develops.
  • Propose innovative solutions that can aid in the success of the client.
  • Define and clarify the business requirements before conducting more research to define the specific requirements.
  • Consult with the development team to generate instructional documents.
  • Follow development progress, support clarifies requirements to development team and facilities to help deliver products successfully.
  • Assist in quality assurance, provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
  • Document business and system requirements clearly, comprehensively and make ensure everyone can easily understand.
  • Work with technical team to design an optimal solution.
  • Assist with the creation of documentation and training materials for company platform users, as well as new end user application training.
  • Working with potential customers and users to comprehend and foresee their needs and translate them into product specifications.
  • Outlining the team’s product’s vision.
  • Managing the backlog of products and assigning them a priority based on evolving requirements.
  • Supervising the design and development phases of the entire product development process.
  • Tracking and assessing the development of the product at every stage of the procedure.


Job Requirements


  • Experience levels : Total experience 10 to 13 years – Business analyst/ Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Coach experience 7 to 10 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical subject in a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
  • Ability to travel abroad monthly to Australia, Singapore, etc
  • Worked as Demonstrated product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, analytics, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility and planning with development teams.
  • Ability to engage the technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning and task estimations to support top business priorities.

Required skills:

  • Specifically worked on being a product owner for handling “Zeplin/Rapid Prototyping” in the ecommerce/healthcare/marketing domain.
  • Should be conversant with all the elements that form a critical part of user profile
  • Experienced in configuring the applications, workflows, processes and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools.
  • Be able to leverage his product expertise, leadership and 360 degree business perspective to deliver exceptional results for the Business.
  • Senior and mature enough to be a product owner
  • Deeper domain experience in ecommerce, retail , marketing domain
  • Should understand the end to end project context – BRD to deployment/releases on agile mode
  • Be able to work with Business/product owners on the one hand and the developers on the other.
