Role and Impact

🔬 Where Science Meets Storytelling ✨

The Medical Content Annotator is required to ensures the accuracy and compliance of clinical claims across promotional materials. The primary focus of this role is annotating content across platforms (including Veeva PromoMats) and performing quality checks at pre-storyboard and storyboard stages. A secondary responsibility includes adapting or localizing existing materials for different markets while maintaining scientific integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate promotional and educational materials to ensure clinical claims are accurate, scientifically sound, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct detailed quality checks of pre-storyboard and storyboard content to identify and address potential inaccuracies or compliance risks.
• Collaborate with medical and creative teams to maintain clarity, consistency, and scientific rigor in all materials.

Secondary responsibility:

• Adapt and localize existing materials for different markets, ensuring brand consistency and scientific accuracy.
• Document annotation and review processes to support audits and compliance requirements.
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal standards.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biopharmacy, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
• Experience: Fresher. Who has experience in content quality assurance is a plus.
• Language: well-versed in scientific writing in both Vietnamese and English – you will work with regional APAC clients and local Vietnam market. 
• Strong medical knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in medical writing or regulatory content development
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive, incorporate feedback constructively

Skills and Competencies

• High attention to detail, particularly in grammar, structure, and data accuracy
• Flexible ability to adapt language and tone to different audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Pharmacy, Healthcare Multinational Company preferred
• Availability: Immediately start now or within 30 days of notice
