Drcom Group is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join us! The Account Executive role has a key role in maintaining satisfaction and nurturing new sale opportunities on existing clients in Singapore market. The Account Executive will act as key person supervising the excellence of projects from briefing to delivery. The Account Executive is preferred to have strong experience in digital agency, understanding of science is a strong plus. He/She must use his/her experience and discipline to drive constant improvement and meet business objectives.

Key duties will be

Client/Account Management:

  • Manage and form long-term client relationships with key accounts and strategic accounts
  • Identify customer requirements and growth strategies in order to plan and develop projects which matched with their need
  • Consulting with clients on project issues and research design
  • Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively
  • Be familiar with all seminars, services, applications in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective clients
  • Assist in coordination and implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements

Project & People Management:

  • Follow-up on KPIs: opportunities, invoicing, transformation rate etc.
  • Support manage budget, margin and ensure growth as per KPIs and turnover objective.
  • Coaching internal cross-functional teams; Nurture and manage team of account executives.

Job Requirements


  • Educational Background: At least Bachelor Degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in similar capacity in creative agency/or brand manager role in the pharma or healthcare industry.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or science (include LMR process, Sales reps process, all medical jargon, etc.)
  • Good digital understanding including Multi-channel Engagement in the healthcare industry regulation context.
  • High service orientation and ability to build a professional and long-term partnership with our clients.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills to offer client recommendations and expertise.
