Key duties will be
Client/Account Management:
- Serve as the client lead, managing a client’s projects from beginning to end; providing regular updates to clients on the progress and statuses of projects.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client while fostering and developing client relationships.
- Encourage revenue growth by Identifying new clients/business opportunities and cross-selling products and services.
- Explaining cost factors to clients and communicating product value.
- Service multiple clients concurrently and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
- Participate to healthcare networking and industry events.
- Being able to work with strong autonomy and proactivity, reporting to the Managing Director.
Strategy/Creative Leadership:
- Take an active and strategic role and provide support in pitches and RFP.
- Digesting a client’s brief and communicating client agendas to internal stakeholders; mainly creative and project management teams to meet with client’s expectations and attain successful project completion.
- Provide creative judgment and take ownership of the quality of creative responses in conjunction with creative leaders.
Project & People Management:
- Follow-up on KPIs: opportunities, invoicing, transformation rate etc.
- Manage budget, margin and ensure growth as per KPIs and turnover objective.
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or pharmaceutical-related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in medical marketing or related disciplines are highly desirable.
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within integrated marketing communications (IMC), creative, media, or digital agencies.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore on a long-term basis.
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare Industry: Direct experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or scientific fields, especially in a regulated environment.
- Agency Experience: Proven track record in managing client accounts within an agency setting, with a strong understanding of multi-channel engagement strategies.
Required Skills:
- Digital Proficiency: Strong grasp of digital marketing, particularly within the context of healthcare industry regulations.
- Scientific Knowledge: Basic familiarity with scientific journals or healthcare-related content is a plus.
- Client Relationship Management: High service orientation with the ability to build and maintain professional, long-term partnerships with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills, offering strategic recommendations and expertise to clients.
