In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute alongside our Account Manager and Account Director, driving business growth and elevating client relationships.

Location: Annecy, France

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and projects, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with our international clients, under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development within the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative and project management teams based in Vietnam and the Philippines.
  • Provide support to clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, from initial ideation to delivery.
  • Embrace a proactive and solution-oriented approach to assist in meeting client needs within budget and timeline constraints.


  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or a related field.
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of the medical/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital/IT environments is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (native preferably).
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for delivering excellence and contributing to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Based in Annecy or willing to relocate to Annecy.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in France and have permanence residency.
