Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize our social media accounts, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to improve social media performance (impressions, reactions, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and feedback.

Content Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan for Drcom’s corporate communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to create creative materials for email campaigns and social media posts.

Performance Tracking:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Create and maintain quantitative tracking systems (e.g., Excel) for lead activities and other marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (not necessarily scientific but industry-related).
  • Ability to propose and execute effective content strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and social media platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance tracking tools and quantitative analysis.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
