The Group Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner is a dual-role position responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across drcom’s regional offices and supporting strategic people initiatives. This role combines talent sourcing, employer branding, and freelance engagement with hands-on HR partnering, including onboarding, learning & development, and culture-building. With direct ownership of recruitment and training budgets, the role offers autonomy, impact, and a clear path to grow into a future Head of People.

The Role

We are seeking a Group Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to play a central role in growing and supporting our team. This is a dual-role combining strong recruitment capabilities with hands-on people partnership, across countries and functions.

You’ll take ownership of both recruitment and training budgets, allowing you to strategically deploy resources that improve candidate reach, employee development, and long-term organizational capabilities.

While your initial focus will be on leading talent acquisition across the group, you’ll also support team leads and management on engagement, performance, and HR operations. This role also offers a clear path to grow into a future Head of People position.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 70%)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Vietnam and regional offices (Singapore, France, Philippines), covering both full-time and project-based roles (freelancers, consultants).
  • Use appropriate sourcing platforms and tactics depending on job type — including job boards, communities, and freelance marketplaces.
  • Leverage LinkedIn as a core recruitment channel — from search and outreach to posting and engagement. An existing LinkedIn network is a strong plus.
  • Own and optimize the recruitment budget, including sourcing tools, branding campaigns, and external recruiter engagement where needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job scopes, align expectations, and deliver talent that fits our values and goals.
  • Champion a consistent, positive candidate experience and measurable hiring effectiveness (time to hire, quality of hire, etc.).

HR Business Partnering (30%)

  • Provide advisory support to team leaders and staff on engagement, learning, performance, and talent development matters.
  • Support onboarding and probation cycles, learning pathways, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to shape culture, strengthen cross-cultural collaboration, and activate drcom’s values in daily operations.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, payroll input, freelance compliance, and vendor onboarding.
  • Own and manage the training and development budget, aligning learning investments with business needs and employee aspirations.

Who You Are

Experienced

  • Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven ability to hire across departments and seniority levels.
  • Experience hiring both permanent and project-based staff, including freelancers, consultants, and external collaborators.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies using LinkedIn as a key channel; a strong existing network is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to HR generalist or HRBP functions, ideally in creative, agency, tech, or life sciences sectors.
