We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our team of talented creatives and shape the future of our clients' brands. You'll be the driving force behind innovative campaigns, setting the creative bar high and inspiring a culture of excellence.

Designing for Life Science

Creative Director is a key partner in our content creation team within our creative department. The ideal candidate is a highly talented director, with solid experienced in communication campaign creation and design excellence focused on digital platforms.

You will join a creative team of designers and life science copywriters to create outstanding healthcare digital communication material for healthcare professionals and patients on a regional or global scale. There will be a heavy emphasis on team collaboration, in directing content creation aligned to client/business priorities and creative objectives.

 

How you will make a difference

  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to help them grow and deliver their best work.
  • Set the Vision: Develop and execute groundbreaking creative strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
  • Elevate Our Work: Champion and uphold a high standard of creative quality, ensuring all work is on-brand, on-strategy, and stands out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to understand their needs and present compelling creative solutions.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to keep our agency at the forefront of the industry.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and creative resourcing to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.

Required Skills

  • Have experience as Creative Director in advertising agency/ media agency or inhouse agency
  • Must have high proficiency in photo manipulation as well as illustration – use of Photoshop, Illustrator or similar platforms (proficiency in Figma is a plus)
  • Must have AI knowledge or willing to learn
  • Solid understanding of digital platform creation and digital storytelling.
  • Must be willing and eager to COLLABORATE with multi-cultural team and interdisciplinary departments
  • Must speak English fluently (reading and writing). You will work with people from all around the world.

Preferred – Nice to have:

  • Ability to work with and supervise a team of creative freelancers, junior designers and willing to share knowledge with others.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical brands is optional
