Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Medical Strategic Planner Freelancer to support our team on a project basis. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare communications, or medical affairs who thrives at the intersection of science and strategy.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with medical writers, creatives, and client leads to shape strategic and scientific direction for brand planning and campaign development

  • Analyze clinical studies, treatment guidelines, market trends, and competitor insights to identify brand opportunities and medical challenges

  • Translate complex medical data into clear, strategic recommendations aligned with brand goals and regulatory standards

  • Help craft brand stories, messaging frameworks, and scientifically accurate narratives

  • Guide multichannel content development for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients – including patient education, sales tools, and digital assets

  • Join brainstorming sessions, contribute to client meetings, and support medical/legal/regulatory reviews as needed


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Based in the Philippines, with knowledge of local HCP and patient contexts

  • 3–5+ years of experience in medical planning, brand strategy, or medical writing (agency or pharma background highly preferred)

  • A degree in medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health, or related fields

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – able to transform medical information into actionable brand insights

  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asia (SEA) or APAC healthcare ecosystem is a plus

  • Confident communicator, collaborative partner – comfortable working across scientific and creative teams

  • Professional, dependable, and able to commit to freelance work on an ad-hoc basis
