Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Medical Strategic Planner (Freelance) to support our team on a project basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare communications, or medical affairs — someone who thrives at the intersection of science and strategy.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with medical writers, creatives, and client leads to shape the strategic and scientific direction for brand planning and campaign development

  • Analyze clinical studies, treatment guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor insights to identify brand opportunities and challenges

  • Translate complex medical data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations aligned with brand goals and regulatory standards

  • Help develop brand stories, messaging frameworks, and scientifically accurate narratives

  • Guide multichannel content creation for both HCPs and patients – including patient education, sales tools, and digital assets

  • Join brainstorming sessions, contribute to client meetings, and support medical/legal/regulatory reviews as needed


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Korea, with an understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and HCP/patient context

  • 3–5+ years of experience in medical planning, brand strategy, or medical writing (experience in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company strongly preferred)

  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – able to distill scientific information into brand-relevant insights

  • Familiarity with the APAC healthcare landscape is a plus

  • A confident communicator and collaborative team player – comfortable working across scientific and creative teams

  • Professional, dependable, and available for freelance work on an ad-hoc project basis
