We are looking for an event intern to support our Account team in events of healthcare marketing. You’ll work directly with our events and operations teams to deliver high-impact corporate events. Expect to get your hands dirty - from vendor calls and logistics runs to venue setups and real-time execution. This isn’t a desk-bound internship.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our events and operations teams to deliver high-impact corporate events. Expect to get your hands dirty – from vendor calls and logistics runs to venue setups and real-time execution. This isn’t a desk-bound internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning, logistics, and execution across all formats

• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure requirements

• Assist in coordinating client deliverables and on-site needs

• Participate in brainstorming and proposal work (we welcome ideas)

• Help manage internal task tracking via Asana

• Support post-event wrap-up (e.g., surveys, content collection)

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in managing, fronting and owning all events/project-related activities end-to end to deliver clients’ projects, from the point of project kick-off/initialisation to actual project launch/implementation
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce and refine project timelines, milestones and other relevant documents so as to deliver clients’ project on time and at the highest quality service levels
  • Understanding, processing and coordinating change requests from clients in a clear and concise manner before allocating tasks and action items internally for assigned team members to work on within individual sprints/timeboxes
  • Identifying obstacles, proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues to be resolved effectively and early
  • Assist in applying and enforcing existing company SOPs and best practices to ensure assigned projects are managed effectively and efficiently, while continuously reviewing and suggesting strategies to improve project management processes and workflows
  • Cultivating and disseminating knowledge of design or tech-driven project management best practices with the team
  • Assist in management and coordination with events’ main contractor or vendors for site setup

• Clear, confident communicator (in person, on email, on WhatsApp)

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Passion for events, media, or production

• Experience with tools like Canva, Asana, Google Sheets a plus
