We are seeking a qualified and experienced consultant Cardiologist/Endocrinologist/ Nephrologist to provide strategic medical input and local market expertise across selected campaign projects.

 

This role is designed for a practicing or industry-experienced Cardiologist/Endocrinologist/ Nephrologist who can bridge clinical practice, local insights, and medical communications, ensuring that all campaign outputs are scientifically accurate, locally relevant, and aligned with regulatory expectations.

 

You will act as a trusted medical advisor to support the development and validation of both promotional and non-promotional content, with a strong focus on the Vietnam Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology landscape.

 

šŸ” Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology -related campaign projects, ensuring alignment with local clinical practice and treatment patterns in Vietnam
  • Advise on local Cardiologist/Endocrinologist/ Nephrologist behaviors, prescribing preferences, and patient management approachesĀ 
  • Validate medical content strategies for promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and contextual appropriateness
  • Ensure all content aligns with local regulatory requirements, approval processes, and compliance standards in Vietnam
  • Support adaptation of global/regional materials to the local market, ensuring cultural and clinical relevance
  • Collaborate with internal medical, strategy, and creative teams to shape impactful, insight-driven campaigns
  • Contribute to KOL engagement strategies, round table discussions, and peer-to-peer communication initiatives where relevant
  • Participate in scientific discussions with pharmaceutical clients, confidently representing local clinical perspectives.

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS/MD with specialization in Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology
  • Practicing Cardiologist/Endocrinologist/ Nephrologist or former clinician with strong involvement in patient care and/or medical affairs
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of clinical experience in Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology; industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Based in Vietnam, with deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem

Skills and Competencies

 

  • Strong knowledge of local Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology practice and understanding of in-depth understanding of Vietnam regulatory landscape
  • Established network within local Cardiology/Endocrinology/ Nephrology community is a plus
  • Proven experience in reviewing or developing medical/scientific content
  • Strong ability to translate clinical expertise into actionable insights for communication
  • Ability to balance global strategy with local relevance
  • Confident in client-facing interactions and scientific discussions

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Medical Affairs / Medical Advisor roles within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Availability: Immediately start when project kicks off
