Location: Remote anywhere in Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the technical team to analyze requirements and propose solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, develop, and implement customized features (Apex, Lightning Components, API, Integration).
- Conduct an investigation and root cause analysis when system issues or errors occur.
- Perform troubleshooting for performance, integration, or custom code problems on Salesforce.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams (Business Analyst, Project Manager) to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and provide basic training to clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong knowledge of system integration via APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging Salesforce code.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Technical Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
- Good command of English for communication and technical documentation.
