Role Summary:
drcom is entering a new phase of growth where its competitive advantage will come from AI-native solutions, scientific content innovation, data & insights, and engagement-driven experiences.
We are seeking a senior leader to manage the full lifecycle of our new product portfolio, from ideation to market launch and scale, bringing to life a product innovation roadmap focused on, as of now:
- Digital Content Factory
- Gamification / FX Suite
- Scientific AI Companion
- Data & Insights Layer (Performance & Engagement Measurement)
This role is central to shaping drcom’s future and positioning the agency as a differentiated partner in an evolving pharma landscape.

- Reports to: Co-CEOs. Gwen on Commercial & Strategy and Bruno on Innovation & Technology
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product roadmap across the four innovation pillars.
- Conduct competitive analysis and assess business needs (with or without specific project briefs) in APAC and in EU
- Assess organic or outsourced product development
- Build the business cases and commercialization models for each offer.
Product Development & Execution
- Assess resources required and lead cross-functional squads to build and refine product MVPs.
- Screen and select relevant external partners to speed up product development in APAC and in EU
- Manage partnerships with external technology and AI vendors (including contract, legal and IP aspects)
- Ensure alignment with medical/regulatory constraints.
Commercialization & Adoption
- Build GTM materials including decks, demos, pricing, pilot models, and sales scripts. Is able to present with conviction internally and externally
- Enable BD and Client Service teams across Asia and Europe.
- Lead early adopters program and case study development.
Performance & Optimization
- Build analytics dashboards to measure product success.
- Monitor usage, engagement, NPS, profitability, and client retention.
- Iterate roadmap based on insights and market feedback.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Foster a product-centric culture inside drcom.
- Work with Ops/QMS to formalize productized delivery models.
- Act as internal evangelist bridging Medical, Tech, Creative, BD & Management.
Ideal Profile:
- 7–12 years of experience in digital health, pharma marketing, SaaS, or life sciences product innovation.
- Strong understanding of medical content, omnichannel marketing, engagement analytics, and/or AI-powered workflows.
- Track record of productizing services in a B2B, agency, or tech environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical, creative, and medical teams.
