We are seeking experienced and dynamic Freelance Workshop Facilitators to join our team. As a Freelance Workshop Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading workshops and training sessions focused on digital strategy, omnichannel marketing, and customer engagement in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dynamic Freelance Workshop Facilitators to join our team. As a Freelance Workshop Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading workshops and training sessions focused on digital strategy, omnichannel marketing, and customer engagement in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals, marketing teams, and executives on topics such as digital marketing, product strategy, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop workshop content, curriculum, and training materials tailored to the needs of our clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital transformation, leveraging deep domain knowledge and industry experience to provide valuable insights and guidance.
  • Engage participants through interactive learning activities, case studies, and real-world examples to ensure maximum retention and practical application of concepts.
  • Provide individualized coaching and support to workshop participants to help them implement learnings effectively within their organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare, pharma, and digital marketing to continuously enhance workshop content and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, product strategy, or business development within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and omnichannel marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus).
  • Certifications or training in digital marketing, multichannel marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation, training, or consulting roles is highly desirable.
  • Availability to commit to freelance projects on a flexible basis.
