Key duties will be
As Strategic Planner of drcom, you have chance to work at group level, supporting the Company’s (DRCOM ASIA PTE LTD) clients in SEA (South-East Asia excluding Vietnam) Australia/New Zealand and potentially our other sales channels like Europe.
Strategy And RFP support
- Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to determine the client’s advertising and campaign needs
- Participate in RFP to provide strategy/analysis
- Make recommendations on how to best deploy the campaign/omnichannel strategy and associated planning. Plans typically include analysis and recommendations on targeting/segmentation, channels recommendation etc.
- This includes creating the associated slides and presentation to client
- Work closely with accounts, creative, medical writers, consumer insights and other media partners.
Coordinate with Creative Team
- Planning in coordination with the Creative Team and Medical Copywriter to ensure that creative ideas/key direction/assets are aligned throughout process, with the strategy – this includes narrative, creative, storytelling etc.
- Development of strategic framework for personalization across channels and formats.
Marketing support
- Shaping the company’s overall business strategy by researching industry trends.
- Prepare reports on strategy ideas for senior management.
- Present research findings to senior management
Others:
- Comply with Odoo, our CRM, (such as timesheet) and company regulation
Job Requirements
- Work with strong autonomy, proactivity and under pressure, reporting to the Managing Director
- A s understanding of marketing objectives and strategies – including digital, omnichannel etc of the healthcare & life science industry
- Good understanding of client’s business and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Passion for science and healthcare related topics
- Previous experience in similar capacity in agency mandatory (minimum Years of experience: 4-6 years)
