Drcom is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the reliability and functionality of our software products. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality control and technology, and an understanding of digital asset development, we’d like you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute meticulous quality control tasks to align with business specifications, including Word-for-Word checking, function testing, deploy test sample/packages to platforms for test, and bug reporting.
- Efficiently manage your time to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and ensure the desired quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of quality control standards to maintain the highest quality in the projects.
- Utilize a strong knowledge of content and website development processes, including models and teams involved in these projects
Requirements:
- Previous quality control experience is an advantage, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Possess good knowledge of tools used in quality control, including MS Office and various QC or AI tools.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in content. Experience with technical projects is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work in digital asset development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QC tools.
- Knowledge of quality control standards.
- Understanding of content and website development processes.
- Experience in the medical media advertising field is a plus.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
