As a freelance, part-time position, you will play a crucial role in engaging our clients’ audiences and promoting their products and services across various social media platforms.

KEY DUTIES WILL BE:

  1. Craft compelling and informative posts tailored for diverse social networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, catering to the unique requirements of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  2. Adapt social media content to resonate with our target audience, leveraging insights into their behaviors and preferences to optimize language, tone, and messaging.
  3. Curate visually appealing imagery and videos to complement written content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and industry standards.
  4. Keep our social media channels updated with the latest company news, industry insights, and client success stories to maintain a strong online presence and enhance brand visibility.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop advertising campaigns for events, job openings, product launches, and other relevant initiatives within the healthcare domain.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates, to track performance and inform future content strategies.
  7. Implement advertising techniques such as promotions, contests, and sponsored posts to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
  8. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, comments, and messages on our social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with followers and clients.
  9. Cultivate relationships with clients and industry professionals to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role, preferably within the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  2. Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms for advertising purposes, with a keen understanding of platform dynamics and best practices.
  3. Strong grasp of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize content performance.
  4. Familiarity with online paid advertising strategies and platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI for healthcare-related campaigns.
  5. Ability to create engaging web content encompassing text, imagery, and video formats, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for conveying complex healthcare concepts in clear and compelling language.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience within the healthcare/life sciences/pharmaceutical industries.
